A movement transforming the mindset of young Africans into purpose-driven, growth-minded, and impact-oriented leaders.
At Right-Minds Africa, we’re building a generation that refuses to be ordinary. We believe transformation begins in the mind, cultivating young people who embrace continuous learning, see challenges as opportunities, and pursue excellence in everything they do. But growth without direction is wasted potential. That’s why we empower young Africans to discover their unique calling and live with intention not just chasing success, but building significance.
Our community is filled with impact-oriented individuals who don’t just consume, they create. They solve real problems, lead change in their communities, and leave every space better than they found it. When you think right, live right, and lead right, you don’t just transform yourself, you transform Africa.
We cultivate young people who embrace continuous learning, see challenges as opportunities, and refuse to settle for mediocrity. Growth isn't optional it's our foundation.
We help young Africans discover their calling and live with intention. Purpose-driven individuals don't just chase success they build significance and lead with clarity.
Impact-oriented individuals don't just consume—they create. They solve real problems, lead change in their communities, and leave every space better than they found it.

The YAP Conference is an annual gathering of young people, university students, and secondary school students who are hungry for growth and purpose.
The Corpers Impact Initiative (CII) is designed to help NYSC corps members across the country make their service year impactful, tangible, and fulfilling.
Our mentorship sessions provide one-on-one and group coaching focused on personal development, leadership, productivity, and purpose.
"Before YAP 2.0, I was just going through the motions in school. The conference completely shifted my perspective on what's possible for my life. The speakers didn't just motivate me, they gave me practical tools to set goals and actually achieve them. I left Dutse with a clearer vision and a community of like-minded young people who genuinely want to grow. This wasn't just another event; it was a turning point."

"YAP 1.0 from Right-Minds Africa came at the perfect time for me, when I honestly didn't know what direction to take. The sessions on leveraging your mind as a tool for growth made me realize I'd been limiting myself with my own thinking. Three years later, I'm running my own business and mentoring younger guys in my community. Right-Minds equipped me with a growth mindset that's still paying dividends today."

Joining the Corpers Impact Initiative was the best decision I made during my service year. Most of my batchmates were just counting down the days, but CII challenged me to use this time intentionally. I led a community project that impacted over 200 primary school students and gained skills in project management. If you're a corps member and you're not plugged into CII, you're missing out big time."
